Trustus Privacy and Security Policy
Trustus Theater is committed to ensuring your privacy. All pages that fall under the trustus.org domain (the Trustus Website) strictly adhere to these privacy and security policies. We only store information that is required to ensure a superb experience.
- Google Analytics tracks some information about how visitors interact with our site. Our site does not send personally identifiable information about you to Google Analyics; however, other products may interfere with the way Google learns about you.
- Information related to reservations, packages, and/or gift certificates are transmitted and stored securely on our server and can only be administered over secure connections. The Trustus server does not permanently or temporarily store information about your online transaction including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and credit card security codes (CVC number).
- Your credit card information is transacted securely with our payment gateway using 256-bit encryption.
Trustus Refund Policy
All Trustus shows listed on trustus.org are transferable but non-refundable. A ticket can be transferred if canceled before the scheduled showtime to a later show that is of equal or lesser value by contacting the Trustus Theater Box Office. Unclaimed tickets after the show has started are forfeit.
